[Remote] Senior Manager, Human Resources

Talent Acquisition LLC is a growing professional services firm seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the firm's HR function. This fully remote role involves developing and executing people strategies that support organizational growth, talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the firm's overall human resources strategy, aligning people initiatives with organizational goals and long-term business objectives
- Develop and oversee full-cycle recruiting strategies for attorneys, professional staff, and business operations positions
- Partner with practice leaders and department managers on workforce planning, hiring strategies, and external recruiting relationships
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
- Oversee employment law compliance, HR policies, employee handbook updates, and HR governance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution
- Provide strategic guidance to firm leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization
- Oversee the firm's performance management process, compensation planning, career development, and employee advancement programs
- Present HR metrics, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Ensure effective oversight of benefits administration, HRIS management, HR data integrity, and collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
- Drive process improvements and implement HR best practices that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and full-cycle talent acquisition
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing HR teams
- Strong understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management
- Experience developing HR policies, managing employee investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Master's degree preferred
- Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Experience with additional HRIS platforms is a plus
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable HR certification is preferred
