[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gentis Solutions is a Fortune 25 organization seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to develop leadership training for managers. The role involves creating engaging learning solutions that support organizational change and enhance leadership capabilities across a Global Capabilities Center.
Responsibilities
- Design leadership development curriculum for managers partnering with a Global Capabilities Center
- Build instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences
- Develop eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms
- Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, videos, and quick-reference materials
- Partner with HR, Organizational Change Management, Communications, and business leaders
- Conduct needs assessments and translate business goals into practical learning solutions
- Support leaders in understanding cultural collaboration, communication norms, and global operating models
- Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and continuous improvement
Skills
- 5-10+ years of instructional design experience
- Strong background in leadership development
- Experience supporting organizational transformations or large-scale change initiatives
- Ability to design learning that supports communication, adoption, and leadership behavior change
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Corporate environment experience; Fortune 500 experience preferred
- Experience supporting offshore teams or Global Capability Centers in India, Mexico, Eastern Europe, or similar regions is a strong plus

- Vyond
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
