[Remote] Senior Financial Advisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MDRN Capital is a forward-thinking, fully virtual advisory firm that’s redefining retirement planning. They are seeking experienced Financial Advisors to conduct retirement-focused planning conversations and provide clients with clear, compliant recommendations on investment and annuity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retirement-focused planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees
- Lead 12–15 new initial appointments per week, with additional follow-ups as needed
- Deliver clear, compliant recommendations across investment and annuity solutions
- Operate within a fiduciary-first, team-based sales environment
- Work closely with internal support, onboarding, and operations teams so you can stay client-facing
- You are not responsible for marketing, ad spend or building funnels. Your job is to advise and close
Skills
- Active Series 65
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing advisory experience
- Insurance-only backgrounds do not qualify
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Comfort working with retirement-age clients
- Proven Fixed Indexed Annuity experience (3+ years preferred)
