[Remote] TikTok Shop Growth Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Levels exists to cut through the noise in sports nutrition by building clean, high-quality protein products. They are seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Manager to manage and scale their TikTok Shop channel, focusing on performance tracking, partner management, and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day TikTok Shop execution, organization, and performance tracking
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, product performance, creator/affiliate performance, and live shopping results
- Manage TikTok Shop agency partners, including live shopping and affiliate/creator commerce partners
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and follow-ups across agencies and internal teams
- Hold external partners accountable to goals, timelines, tests, and performance expectations
- Audit, QA, troubleshoot, and improve TikTok Shop execution directly when needed
- Optimize product listings, bundles, shop merchandising, titles, descriptions, images, claims, and promotional messaging
- Support creator, affiliate, and live shopping workflows, including product seeding, creator follow-up, affiliate approvals, scheduling, offers, and performance recaps
- Help plan, launch, QA, and evaluate TikTok Shop promotions, bundles, coupons, and seasonal campaigns
- Turn performance trends into clear recommendations and next steps
- Keep TikTok Shop projects documented, organized, and moving forward across Brand, Creative, Social, Paid Media, Operations, and external partners
- Support broader marketplace, ecommerce, or growth projects as needed
Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience with TikTok Shop
- 3–6+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, marketplace growth, affiliate marketing, creator commerce, or a related growth role
- Hands-on TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred; direct experience in social commerce, creator commerce, affiliate programs, or marketplace growth required
- Practical understanding of TikTok Shop or similar marketplace operations, including product listings, promotions, affiliate/creator workflows, reporting, and performance optimization
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, creators, affiliates, or cross-functional execution
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, margin, and repeat purchase
- Experience coordinating campaigns, promotions, product launches, content initiatives, or marketplace optimizations
- Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- A hands-on ecommerce, marketplace, or social commerce operator
- Someone who understands TikTok Shop, creator commerce, affiliate programs, ecommerce marketplaces, or similar channels at a practical level
- Strong agency and partner management skills, without being dependent on agencies to understand what is happening
- Ability to balance brand standards with performance goals
- Strong project management, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfort with reporting, performance analysis, and turning data into action
- Direct TikTok Shop experience for a consumer brand
- Experience in food, beverage, supplements, sports nutrition, wellness, or CPG
- Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate, TikTok Live shopping, creator seeding, or influencer performance tracking
- Experience with Shopify, Triple Whale, TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar tools
- Experience working in a brand-led organization where creative quality and performance both matter
