[Remote] Senior Finance BI Engineer

The Senior Finance Business Intelligence Engineer will solve complex business problems using data analytics to provide insights for decision-making, while managing relationships with vendors and transforming financial data into standardized formats.

Responsibilities

• Support internal specialty team with data analytics and reports
• Manage relationship with venders providing specialty care for specific medical conditions
• Transform monthly payer financial data into standardized accounting format

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience
• Advanced in SQL Query Development
• Advanced in Power BI report development (i.e., DAX, bookmarks, and data modeling)
• Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims
• Prior experience creating analytics solutions for several healthcare sectors
• Analyze data to solve several business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
• Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, senior leadership

• This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
