[Remote] Senior Customer Success Manager (DOOH & CTV)

AC Lion Digital Executive Search is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to co-own and grow a portfolio of high-value agency and brand accounts. The role involves driving account growth, managing senior client relationships, and ensuring successful campaign execution across various media channels.
Responsibilities
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor across omnichannel media, including OOH, DOOH, CTV, and programmatic
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and expansion—consistently identifying new opportunities within existing partnerships
- Lead client-facing RFP strategy and communications, partnering with internal teams to shape thoughtful, data-backed responses and media plans aligned to client KPIs
- Guide campaign execution in partnership with internal teams, ensuring strong performance, pacing, and delivery—while maintaining a focus on outcomes over process
- Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with operations, product, and sales to deliver a seamless and best-in-class client experience
- Stay ahead of industry trends across OOH, DOOH, CTV, and programmatic, proactively bringing new ideas and opportunities to clients
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic media, client success, or account leadership roles supporting agencies and brands
- Deep expertise in DOOH, with strong fluency across advertising platforms and planning tools, CTV, major DSPs, SSPs, and broader omnichannel media
- A proven track record of growing strategic accounts and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- A detail-oriented, data-driven approach paired with a bias toward action, ownership, and accountability
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for key client engagements
- A commercial mindset or sales acumen is strongly preferred
