- Hands-on experience building and configuring studies from the ground up
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience in both Sponsor and CRO environments
- Therapeutic area experience in Oncology
- Experience with report automation
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience with process optimization
- Exposure to AI-driven development
- Python programming
- Computer Science background
