[Remote] Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with agency partners, deliver exceptional service, and assist in achieving company goals for profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

Be the initial point of contact for many of our agency partners throughout the country that will be managed remotely Be the source of ProAg and industry communication for our agency partners Help agents with navigating to the best contact inside the ProAg team for challenges that may arise Understand department underwriting procedures Understand ProAg products and where they may best fit the agent or insured Be able to efficiently and effectively respond to requests that may be time sensitive Communicate with agents by answering questions and explaining decisions to build and maintain productive relationships Assist department in meeting annual company goals for profitability, renewal retention, revenue growth, and new business production Serve as a knowledgeable resource to colleagues and use CRM to keep organization informed as to the nature of our relationship with the agencies Skills Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in the crop insurance industry preferred, but not a requirement Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package Strong learning culture with ongoing development opportunities Opportunities for growth and career advancement Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, with eligibility beginning on your first day of employment Basic life and disability insurance 401(k) plan with 6% company match 20 days of PTO, three floating holidays, approximately 10 paid holidays, and volunteer time off Paid parental leave Access to our award-winning wellness program, including mental health services, fitness network membership, and a complimentary Headspace subscription Student loan matching program Employee discount program Company Overview ProAg delivers crop insurance that provides a level of security to farmers & ranchers, who operate at the mercy of the weather and markets.
