[Remote] Senior Account Executive (Sales)

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will take ownership of their sales pipeline, focusing on B2B outbound sales and building relationships with mid-market and enterprise brokerages.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with principals, marketing directors, and leadership teams
- Closing deals that typically require multiple stakeholders and a consultative approach
- Prospecting daily
- Running discovery that actually uncovers pain
- Creating urgency that is real and earned
- Managing a book of business with the discipline of someone who knows their number depends on what they do - not what happens to them
Skills
- Have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes
- Are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the next step
- Are a real go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up
- Do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and keep things moving
- Are honest with yourself about where deals stand and do not paper over stalled pipeline with optimistic stage updates
- Know the difference between a deal that is progressing and one that is stuck - and know what to do about both
- Thrive in environments that are not fully built yet and gray areas do not slow you down
- Make good decisions with incomplete information, ask for help when needed, and take full ownership of your number
