[Remote] SAP Application Support Analyst (FICO/PP)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an SAP Application Support Analyst specializing in FICO and PP modules. The role involves providing hands-on production support, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable business operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on production support for SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) modules, ensuring stable business operations
- Support and troubleshoot SAP PP (Production Planning) processes, configurations, and system issues
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve SAP application incidents, defects, and user-reported issues in production environments
- Monitor SAP production systems to identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring production issues
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, troubleshoot functional issues, and deliver effective SAP solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams, including FI/CO, PP, BASIS, ABAP, and other functional modules, to resolve complex issues
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities across SAP FICO and PP modules
- Utilize OpenText solutions to support document management, archiving, and integration with SAP business processes
- Execute incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring compliance with organizational support processes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures for SAP applications
- Ensure high application availability, system performance, and continuous improvement of SAP production support services
