[Remote] Salesforce Integration Program Manager

Kforce Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead the execution of a Salesforce implementation as part of a new company integration. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition of systems, data, and processes into the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning with business objectives and integration timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project execution for a newly acquired or merged company
- Develop and manage integration-specific project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and external vendors
- Translate integration requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities
- Oversee data migration, system consolidation, and process harmonization efforts
- Identify and mitigate risks related to integration complexity, data integrity, and change management
- Facilitate regular status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards during integration
- Support user training, change adoption, and post-go-live stabilization
- Conduct post-integration reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future integrations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and data architecture
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, PMP, or equivalent)
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies
- Familiarity with data migration tools and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
