[Remote] Sales Producer, Employee Benefits

The Sales Producer, Employee Benefits role involves developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and recommending suitable employee benefits products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in your territory
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Employee Benefits products and services
- Promote Keenan’s private-label products and cross-sell other offerings
- Collaborate with clients to create and execute annual strategic plans
- Oversee renewals, negotiations, and program changes to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide day-to-day support to clients’ administrative teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
- OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
- OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, creative, and highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
- Active California Life & Disability Agent license
