[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking an Associate Sales Operations Analyst to enhance their NA Sales Operation team. The role involves conducting analysis on renewal performance, collaborating with sales leaders, and driving operational efficiency to achieve renewal targets.
Responsibilities
- Use strong business judgment to conduct analysis on renewal performance, partner with Sales leaders to build segment- and book-specific action plans, and drive accountability for execution against retention and GNARR targets
- Own the cadence and run the business for the Renewals organization — forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and deal inspection — focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement
- Partner with Renewal leaders on territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and book-of-business assignments across segments and clouds
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, CSM, Deal Desk, Finance, and Systems to drive renewal performance and achieve world-class results
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational challenges in the renewal motion efficiently — from data integrity and stage definitions to comp policy edge cases — ensuring a smooth experience for Sales and customers
- Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline renewal forecasting, deal inspection, and pipeline analytics
Skills
- Deep fluency in renewal metrics (Renewal rate, ARR, GNARR, churn, expansion attribution) and the operational levers behind them
- Hands-on experience with D365 or Salesforce, Power BI, Clari, and Excel at a proficient level
- Proven strength in leading cross-functional problem solving and program management, and in navigating ambiguity across Sales, CSM, Finance, and Systems partners
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions and tell a clear story to senior leadership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams across geographies and clouds
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Business or related field
- 3+ years in Sales Operations or related field
- Comfort with Anaplan or similar planning tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents (e.g., Copilot, Claude, custom GPTs)
