Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vitality Group Inc. is seeking a Sales Director for their Mid-Market Team. This full-time remote role is responsible for leading the sales process and expanding the company's presence within the mid-market employer segment.
Responsibilities
- Leading and expanding Vitality’s presence within the mid-market employer segment
- Engaging the end-to-end sales process
- Prospecting
- Qualifying leads
- Developing proposals
- Presentations
- Handling follow up questions
- Working through contracting
- Closing new business with employers and strategic partners
- Managing multiple state region
- Outreach to key stakeholders and consultants
- Providing product updates
- Supporting key prospect presentations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the consultant community
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals
- Experience in Sales Operations, with skills in forecasting, CRM usage, reporting, and process optimization
- Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, client satisfaction, and retention
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and accountability
- Positive attitude & desire to improve the lives of others a must have
- Must have the ability to travel when needed a position will encompass covering a multi-state region
- Background in working with mid-market employers within health, wellness, benefits, or insurance industries is highly beneficial
