[Remote] Sales Manager, Material Handling

The role involves owning revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and leading a sales team in various sectors including warehousing and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow sales revenue across new and existing accounts
- Build and execute the territory/market sales strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (reps, territory managers)
- Manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline development through close
- Partner with aftermarket, parts, and service teams to drive total account value
- Build long-term relationships with fleet buyers and key decision-makers
- Forecast accurately and report on pipeline, margin, and performance
Skills
- Proven sales experience in the forklift / lift truck / material handling industry
- Track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Sales leadership or team management experience
- Strong pipeline, forecasting, and account-management skills
- Willingness to travel; open to relocation
- Familiarity with major OEMs and their dealer networks — Hyster-Yale, Crown Equipment, Toyota, Raymond, or comparable manufacturers
