[Remote] Sales Director, Healthcare IT

They are seeking a Sales Director to drive growth across strategic provider and health plan accounts, responsible for winning new business and mentoring account executives.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account growth across providers and health plans
- Develop executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CMIOs, CFOs, Chief AI Officers, and digital leaders
- Sell UST's healthcare portfolio, including: Epic Cloud & Infrastructure Modernization, Agentic AI & Responsible AI, Epic-at-Payer (EPP/Tapestry), Data Modernization & Managed Services
- Lead large transformation pursuits, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
- Coach and mentor account executives, support pursuit teams, and improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Epic, and strategic partners to generate joint pipeline
- Partner with consulting, delivery, and solution teams to develop differentiated client solutions
- Represent UST at executive briefings and healthcare industry events
Skills
- At least 10 years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
- Proven success closing multi-million-dollar healthcare transformation, AI, cloud, Epic, or managed services engagements
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams and complex pursuits
- Strong relationships within provider or payer organizations
- Experience working with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Epic, or similar ecosystem partners
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Existing healthcare executive relationships
- Experience with Epic/EMR, cloud modernization/hyperscalers, managed services, healthcare AI, and data platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
