Remote Sales Development Representative at SimpliScale

Do you thrive on the chase, love connecting with people, and get fired up by hitting targets? SimpliScale is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated SDR to own the front lines of our AI sales operation. In this role, you’ll prospect, qualify, and book meetings that fuel our revenue engine. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear — building relationships, sparking interest, and setting the stage for closers to demolish quotas. This is a fast-paced, high-energy opportunity for someone who’s confident on the phone, sharp with messaging, and motivated by performance and growth. Position Overview

• Job Type: SDR, Full Time
• Work Hours: Results driven (no clock punchers)
• Compensation: Uncapped commission (Top performers make $70K+)
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and qualify leads daily
• Connect with decision makers and book appointments
• Run discovery calls and hand off warm leads to closers
• Manage pipeline with CRM scorecards and KPIs
• Sharpen objection handling and master outreach techniques
• Hit activity and pipeline targets consistently

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years in sales or business development (preferred, but hungry rookies welcome)
• Proven track record in outbound prospecting or lead generation
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and zero-excuses mentality
• CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel preferred, bonus if you already know it)
• Comfortable with AI/tech sales (or hungry enough to learn fast)
• Ability to inspire confidence and demand attention in conversations
