[Remote] Sales Business Development

They are seeking a Sales Business Development professional to generate leads, build relationships, and expand their market presence in recruitment services.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive new business for Scowter’s services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, job seekers, universities, and recruitment partners
- Identify partnership opportunities with universities, career coaches, bootcamps, staffing firms, and job-seeker communities
- Pitch Scowter’s value proposition clearly to both candidates and recruiting-related partners
- Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and growth opportunities
- Own the sales cycle from outreach to follow-up to closing deals
- Help Scowter expand its presence in job-hunting and recruitment-related markets
Skills
- Strong experience in IT staffing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment services business development
- Proven ability in lead generation, business development, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of the recruitment / staffing industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to pitch Scowter's value proposition clearly and confidently
- Existing connections with job seekers, universities, placement cells, career communities, or recruitment networks is a strong plus
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, commission-based role
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR, career, or talent-related services
- Relationships with universities, placement offices, career coaches, or job-seeker communities
- Experience working with international clients or remote sales teams
