[Remote] Sales Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Qureos is redefining how companies hire with AI and is seeking ambitious Account Executives to join their expanding commercial team. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's footprint in the Indian market through strategic SaaS selling.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outbound outreach to negotiation and signed contracts
- Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through strategic and consultative SaaS selling
- Expand Qureos’ footprint across the Indian market while identifying new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, founders, and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to maximize pipeline conversion and customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, CRM hygiene, and reporting across all active opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to strengthen product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or full-cycle closing roles
- Strong experience selling into the Indian market, with a deep understanding of regional business dynamics and buyer behavior
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and quota targets
- Experience managing complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
- Strong consultative selling, solution-selling, and go-to-market execution capabilities
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools
- Familiarity with outbound sales, lead generation, GTM motions, account expansion, and revenue growth strategies
- Previous experience in AI, SaaS, HRTech, recruitment technology, or B2B tech products is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
