[Remote] SaaS Client Account Manager

We are looking for a talented and technically adept Client Account Manager to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their long-term success with our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts specific to an industry or region, ensuring they are driving towards success and getting the most out of our software. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships
- Proactively monitor client engagement and usage, identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGEN’s software
- Assist clients with technical aspects of our SaaS software, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Serve as a technical guide to help clients adopt NEXGEN features
- Track and monitor client account performance and KPIs. Client Account Manager’s performance evaluated based on client retention and account growth
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews, etc
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-5 years of experience in client support or account management roles, preferably with SaaS software
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, explain, and demo complex workflows and software features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and serve as the client's primary point of contact
- Proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A passion for helping clients and ensuring their success
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Previous experience supporting SaaS software is highly desirable
