[Remote] Remote Inside Sales Representative- Warm Leads Only

American Substance Abuse Professionals is a company specializing in substance abuse services, and they are seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to manage warm leads for clients needing enrollment in a Return to Duty Program. The role involves explaining services, processing payments, and handling administrative tasks in a compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • This role handles the employees of our clients (B2C), that have failed a drug/alcohol test or received a DUI and they need to get enrolled in a Return to Duty Program, connecting them with a Substance Abuse Professional
  • You will be dealing with warm leads only; there is no cold calling in this job
  • Our sales cycle involves the call, email, voicemail, chat, landing page inquiries coming into our company and the leads being divided amongst all the salespeople on the team (there are currently 7)
  • Once you get that employee on the phone, you are going to explain our services, and the related costs, you will send them the contracts they’re going to sign agreeing to go through treatment, processing their payment for that treatment, and handling the intake so that you are building the electronic file that will follow them through the program
  • This is a highly administrative role in a highly compliance driven environment, we work in an extremely fast-paced environment, and you must be comfortable asking for the sale
  • Even though they need to go through the Return to Duty Program to return to work, there may be obstacles you will come across in your conversations and you must be prepared to deal with those objections, and not give up
  • You are in training for your first two weeks onboard. This is a time of intense compliance information that you are going to be exposed to and learn (but we keep it all compiled in One Note), so you don’t have to memorize it all
  • From there, you hit the ground running! Rarely does someone join our team who has previous industry experience, the common denominator here- everyone knows how to sell!
  • Everything we do is about metrics here
  • We are a very data driven company, we look month over month, year over year, when establishing metrics - and your metrics are all obtainable
  • We have a minimum goal each month (and you’ll know what that goal is going into each month), and then we have a stretch goal (which is just a plus for you and your paycheck)
  • You will be required to maintain an active pipeline and work prospects until sold or exhausted
  • You must follow call cadence and monitor close ratio

Skills

  • Ability to handle warm leads only; no cold calling involved
  • Experience in a highly administrative role in a compliance-driven environment
  • Comfortable asking for the sale and dealing with objections
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Set work schedule availability: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST/8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST
  • Remote work from specified states: MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, LA, MS, and TX
  • Responsible for internet connection with at least 400 MBPS of service
  • Ability to maintain an active pipeline and work prospects until sold or exhausted
  • Follow call cadence and monitor close ratio
  • Willingness to undergo training for the first two weeks onboard
