[Remote] Remote Customer Service (Solar Energy)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to serve as a primary resource for solar customers. The role involves managing inbound inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a focus on first-call resolution
- Troubleshoot technical solar issues and complex billing inquiries, escalating cases only when necessary
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Operations, and Billing departments to ensure customer requests are handled across all stages of their project
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer interactions and case updates within our CRM
Skills
- Prior professional experience in the solar energy sector is strictly required for this position
- At least 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in the solar sector
- Fully available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST on either a Monday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday shift
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers clearly and patiently
- Possess technical aptitude with CRM systems and the ability to manage multiple digital communication channels simultaneously
