[Remote] Registrar Administrative Officer

The Registrar Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing academic documentation, providing student support, and ensuring compliance with documentation processes.
Responsibilities
- Validate, sign, and issue academic documents, including certificates, diplomas, and student records for active students and graduates
- Coordinate the issuance and printing of official academic documentation
- Manage apostille processes and ensure proper tracking of document requests
- Provide student support via phone, email, and in-person regarding academic documentation
- Receive, process, and deliver academic records and institutional documents
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support administrative processes within the Academic Administrative Management department
Skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience in higher education, Registrar, student services, academic operations, or document management
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive academic information
- Experience managing official documentation and administrative processes
- Fluent English & Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL
- Experience signing or validating institutional/official documents is a plus
