[Remote] Recruiter/Services Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Triple A - Risk Finance is a company focused on providing risk finance services. They are seeking a Recruiter/Services Support Specialist to manage recruitment and onboarding processes for Role Players for training exercises.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct interviews and prioritize highly qualified candidates
• Issue contracts, I-9 Citizenship Forms, and Invoice Templates to approved candidates
• Answer phone calls via the Company’s corporate directory for RP recruitment
• Populate the project database utilizing the Company’s secure SharePoint
• Organize documents in proper locations
• You may also be required to perform other duties, in addition to those set forth above, that are reasonably related to your expertise and skills

Skills

• Provide a laptop, tablet, or another device with password-protected secure internet access
• Provide note-taking equipment
• Provide a phone with active service
• Submit a Project Status Report daily
• Complete invoices after the project is complete
