[Remote] Recruiter – Staffing Agency (Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services)-Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Homeland Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in a staffing agency environment to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles, particularly in Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services staffing.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to placement
- Partner closely with Account Executives and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
- Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner while ensuring quality and alignment with client needs
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate notes and activity in the
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting KPIs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting within Healthcare, IT, or Professional Services
- Familiarity with sourcing tools
- Experience with ATS system
