[Remote] Recruiter

Clarity Recruiting is a leading marketing technology company, and they are seeking a Recruiter to join their team for a 3 month contract. This high-impact position involves managing multiple open requisitions and partnering closely with hiring managers to drive the recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage 6–8 open requisitions simultaneously across a variety of roles
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process end-to-end without coordinator support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive strategy, intake, and execution
- Source, screen, and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner
- Provide market insights and act as a true talent advisor to stakeholders
Skills
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Comfortable operating independently and managing multiple reqs
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
- GTM experience preferred
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
- Experience in tech or tech-adjacent environments (media also considered)
