[Remote] Project Manager - Retail/Restaurant/Grocery

Scott Humphrey Corporation is a national commercial general contractor specializing in multi-site building programs for retail, restaurant, and grocery brands. The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while managing remote teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent multi-site projects, including quick-service restaurants, grocery stores, and small-box retail, from buyout through closeout
- Develop scopes of work, perform buyout, and negotiate subcontracts across multiple markets
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and manage it to contractual obligations
- Control project budgets, and manage pay applications and change order requests
- Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with owners, brand construction managers, architects, inspectors, and local jurisdictions across markets
- Manage rollout schedules to meet brand open dates
- Travel periodically to visit active job sites and support field teams
Skills
- Project Manager experience running multi-site retail, restaurant or QSR, grocery, or small-box programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects remotely across markets
- Proficiency in construction software, such as Procore, and Microsoft Office
- Based east of the Mississippi River (no West Coast); willing to travel to job sites as needed
