[Remote] Project Manager - Enterprise Risk Transformation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bayforce is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a multi-year Enterprise Risk Transformation initiative. The role focuses on modernizing the bank's risk management platform and operating model, emphasizing process and organizational change rather than just technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage program-level planning, execution, and governance activities for a large enterprise transformation initiative
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee materials
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and cross-functional business and technology teams
- Drive accountability by facilitating meetings, following up on action items, and removing delivery obstacles
- Partner with business stakeholders to redesign business processes supporting enterprise risk management
- Support the creation of a current-state inventory of enterprise reports, data assets, and reporting processes
- Coordinate workshops with business partners to document reporting needs, taxonomy, hierarchy, and governance requirements
- Assist in preparing the Data & Reporting workstream for technical implementation beginning in 2027
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to program leadership and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams while operating within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environment
Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise Project Management experience
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk management, compliance, finance, or operational processes is preferred but not required
- Experience supporting complex data, reporting, analytics, or information management initiatives
- Ability to work across both business and technology organizations
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees
- Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives for large financial institutions
- Exposure to enterprise risk management or GRC platforms
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile delivery teams
- PMP Certification preferred
- SAFe or Agile certification is a plus
