[Remote] Project Manager

They are looking for a Project Manager to join their international project team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of scope within agreed constraints
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Technical Leads
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and status updates
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and delivery standards are met
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management within software or IT environments
- Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, and budget control
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
- Experience in risk tracking, issue management, and delivery oversight
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
- Experience working with international and distributed teams
- Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments
