[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CHR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager who will effectively initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects assigned. The role involves oversight and management of all aspects of assigned projects including planning, scope, time, cost, and quality while ensuring communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage scope, schedule, and budget for project engagements
• Maintain project budget, time and expense tracking, client billing, invoice tracking and revenue recognition
• Work with appropriate internal team(s) and external customer(s) to develop project plans that include cost, work schedule, and any related risks. Serve as the primary contact for all project related matters. Manage the project from initiation to close
• Assign schedules, monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines, and completed on time and within budget by tracking financials, managing resources, and utilizing or creating reporting tools
• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies as they arise during project cycle. Facilitate amicable solutions
• Mentor and provides expertise to other project team members
• Follow defined PMO processes, procedures, & guidelines
• Initiate communications and collaboration with clients, senior management, project team members and stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, and others as requested including creating ad-hoc reports and regularly scheduled project reports
• Manage one (1) or more simultaneous projects with project values ranging from several thousand to $1,000,000 monthly revenue
• Manage projects in tandem with operations (OSP Manager) with a number of resources ranging from 1-100+

Skills

• Bachelor degree from accredited four-year college or university; or four years of service in the military; or eight years+ of management/project management experience
• Have obtained or willing to obtain CAPM or PMP certification
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
• Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite of Products, specifically excel functions and formulas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and able to present ideas, report facts, and other information
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and externally managing client relationships
• Ability to effectively utilize PowerBi, Project Management software, Wrike, SharePoint
• MBA from accredited college or university
• Telecom or Construction industry experience
• Experience in various Project Management methodologies
