[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services. They are seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Program Manager to ensure program consistency and client satisfaction through the successful implementation and execution of assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead Program Execution: Drive the implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to ensure all tactical goals and deadlines are met
- Manage Client Onboarding: Facilitate cross-functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients
- Drive Business Reviews: Prepare performance decks and lead discussions regarding program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights
- Ensure Operational Integration: Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance
- Contractual Compliance: Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create specific Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal management systems
Skills
- 5 years of experience in account management and/or client services
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to create and manage detailed project plans
- Proven ability in problem-solving and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry-standard certification
- Travel: 15%
