[Remote] Product Marketing Manager, OMIDRIA
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rayner is a company specializing in ophthalmic solutions, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for OMIDRIA. The role is responsible for leading marketing efforts for an innovative ophthalmic drug, focusing on brand strategy, sales growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of product marketing plans to drive brand strategy and sales growth
- Manage the promotional material portfolio including the development of creative and clinical materials to support brand initiatives including sales assets, training materials, and presentations
- Aid in the development of positioning and messaging, branding, and educational platforms for HCP and other audiences
- Collaborate and partner closely with leadership in Sales and Reimbursement to ensure alignment across teams. Support conversations on clinical, health economic data, and reimbursement as necessary
- Work with the clinical team to leverage clinical data, strengthen the sales proposition, and enhance KOL communication, especially around dropless cataract surgery
- Manage the brand’s participation at ophthalmology professional meetings including exhibit design and production as well as promotional activities and sponsorships
- Manage advertising and production agencies for the deployment and analytics of omni-channel advertising + monitor results relative to spend (ROI)
- Manage the promotional speaker bureau, content, and programs for targeted key opinion leaders (KOLs) and maintain strong relationships
- Support key logistical activities, notably those related to the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and promotional materials fulfillment
- Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for complying with all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the selling, marketing and distribution of OMIDRIA CORE COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills; stakeholder and KOL relationship management
- Medical and scientific content development; peer-to-peer education and congress strategy
- Digital medical communications (webinars, podcasts, video); data interpretation and scientific storytelling
- Governance and compliance in medical communications; ability to operate cross-functionally in a global organization
Skills
- Experience in marketing, sales, and/or medical communications within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience working with KOLs and clinical data
- Strong understanding of clinical content, compliance, and industry regulations
- Experience supporting congresses and meetings with a willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
- Experience in ophthalmology, cataract or refractive surgery
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation with prior leadership experience
- Experience and familiarity with 'buy-and-bill' or medical benefit products
