[Remote] Product Manager, Cloud FinOps and Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 11:11 Systems is seeking a Product Manager to lead their product organization in managing public cloud services and vendor ecosystems. The role involves cloud billing analysis, vendor coordination, and driving service definition and operational readiness to enhance cloud-related capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product organization’s participation in cloud financial operations, including analysis and reconciliation of usage, discounts, credits, support charges, and billing exceptions across provider data, internal billing systems, and customer-facing outputs
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Connectivity, and strategic vendors to improve forecasting, purchasing, invoicing, escalation handling, credit reconciliation, reporting, and overall billing accuracy while reducing manual exceptions and process friction
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud commercial constructs, payer-account implications, vendor licensing mechanics, committed-consumption frameworks, and the ways these elements affect product, interoperability, reporting, and monetization
- Represent product interests in relationships with AWS, Azure, and other strategic vendors where commercial terms, support changes, account structures, licensing models, or technical interoperability affect customer experience or revenue realization
- Define and evolve 11:11’s managed public cloud services, including service scope, support boundaries, commercial alignment, packaging, and fit within the broader product and services portfolio
- Partner with Engineering, Service Delivery, Service Operations, Connectivity, and adjacent business teams to translate cloud and vendor requirements into product requirements, backlog items, roadmap priorities, policy and process improvements, documentation, and operationally ready service workflows
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of related work experience required
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or technology services environments
- Deep knowledge of public cloud billing mechanisms and terminology, especially AWS, with familiarity across Azure billing, account structures, support models, commercial constructs, and cloud commerce frameworks
- Experience analyzing cloud usage, discounts, credits, support charges, billing exceptions, and related reporting or forecasting needs across provider data, internal systems, and customer-facing outputs
- Strong understanding of how commercial, support, licensing, and interoperability requirements affect product packaging, monetization, operational workflows, and customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and translate complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product capabilities, process improvements, and roadmap priorities
- Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive coordinated outcomes across Finance, Procurement, Billing Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation with the ability to explain complex billing, licensing, and service concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining focus on operational clarity, billing accuracy, and measurable business outcomes
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Understanding of managed services concepts, including service scope definition, support boundaries, operational readiness, and delivering resilient, supportable services at scale
- Experience with service provider or MSP business models, including recurring revenue, service packaging, attach strategies, and cross-functional operating models
- Familiarity with metering, billing, usage reporting, customer-facing portals or consoles, and related integrations in cloud or managed service environments
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, and strategic technology vendors in environments where commercial and operational changes must be translated into repeatable internal processes
- Familiarity with AWS Marketplace commercial constructs, private offers, billing flows, and related go-to-market or operational considerations
