[Remote] B2B Sales Manager (Dealer & Channel Development)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Major Fitness Inc. is a leading innovator in home fitness, focused on designing premium home gym equipment. They are seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Manager to drive dealer, distributor, and retail channel expansion across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new dealer, distributor, retailer, and wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain long-term channel partnerships
- Drive new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and business growth
- Travel as needed to meet customers, attend trade shows, and develop key accounts
Skills
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success developing dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale channels
- Experience opening new accounts and generating new business
- Strong understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing or developing accounts generating $3M–$10M+ in annual revenue
- Experience in fitness equipment, sporting goods, durable goods, consumer products, or a related industry
- Existing relationships with dealers, distributors, or retail partners
- Experience working with regional or national retail accounts
