[Remote] Principal Product Manager, TradFi

As a Principal Product Manager on Circle’s Digital Assets team, you will own the long-term product strategy for Circle’s digital asset and capital markets platform, shaping how liquidity, lending, and capital access are delivered globally across Circle’s stablecoin ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Circle’s digital assets and capital markets platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- Lead highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners, driving clarity and execution in ambiguous environments
- Translate the needs of global digital asset liquidity providers, institutional counterparties, and internal stakeholders into durable platform capabilities, product themes, and prioritized investment areas
- Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets, capital access, and on-chain/off-chain operations, and proactively design mitigation strategies supported by data, tooling, and operational processes
- Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting, modeling, and decision-support systems for digital asset flows, liquidity optimization, and capital efficiency
- Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear narratives, tradeoff framing, and outcome-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making
- Mentor and coach other product managers, raising the overall quality of product thinking, execution, and customer focus across the organization
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, revenue-generating platforms or products in digital assets, financial services, or similarly regulated domains
- Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for highly complex, multi-stakeholder digital asset or financial infrastructure products operating at global scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives and influence without authority across engineering, compliance, treasury, and executive leadership
- Strong track record of identifying, prioritizing, and managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments
- Deep analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data, models, and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and clear priorities
- Direct experience building products for digital asset markets, institutional trading, liquidity, lending, treasury, or payments infrastructure
- Familiarity with crypto-native financial systems, stablecoins, and blockchain-based market infrastructure
