[Remote] Principal Product Manager Tech, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prime Video, a leading entertainment platform, is seeking a Principal Product Manager Tech for its Personalization & Discovery team. The role involves owning product strategy and vision, developing roadmaps, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
- Develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision
- Work with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
- Bring diverse perspectives, ideas, and skill-sets to make Prime Video even better for customers
- Deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide
Skills
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Previous MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience
