[Remote] Customer Success & Implementation Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pivotly is an early-stage, fast-growing company that builds AI-powered software to automate manual document and data work. They are seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Associate to manage customer onboarding and ensure satisfaction, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding end to end — coordinate the steps, chase the details, keep everything moving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of customers: answer questions, solve problems, keep them informed
- Keep implementation projects organized — timelines, checklists, status updates, nothing slipping through the cracks
- Partner with engineering to get customer deployments configured and delivered
- Catch when a customer is stuck or unhappy and step in early
- Help build the playbooks and processes for how we onboard and support customers as we scale
Skills
- Bright, curious, and a fast learner — comfortable picking up software and technical concepts
- Highly organized — you track the details, hit your follow-ups, and keep things from slipping
- A clear, warm communicator in writing and on calls
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment
- Motivated by helping customers succeed
- Recent grad or early-career — we care how you think and show up, not years of experience
- Exposure to startups, SaaS, construction, or operations
- Experience juggling projects, events, or teams — in a job, a club, or a campus role
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, project trackers, or CRMs
