This role involves designing scalable solutions, leading platform strategies, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align platform strategies with business objectives
- Define best practices & standards, guide team to ensure adherence to standards
- Provides support on architectural design and maintenance of the platform’s (COTS, SaaS, ERP) environment with distributed components
- Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements through the implementation of, auditing of, and adherence to policies, procedures, and security standards
- Plans software upgrades, patching, & plugin installations in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
- Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
- Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposal
- Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
- Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
- Performs other duties as required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- 6+ years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
- Design of scalable declarative solutions using Flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and approval processes without custom code
- Architectural Design for Platform Deployment
- Strategy for Platform Scalability and Growth
- Deep Expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Platform Limitations and Workarounds
- Best Practices and Governance for Platform Configuration
- Leadership in Platform Upgrade and Migration Strategies
- Lead medium projects
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
