[Remote] Principal – HR AI, Analytics & Listening (Product Lead)

They are seeking a Principal-level individual contributor to lead the build and scale of next-generation HR capabilities across AI, analytics, and employee listening, delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that improve decision-making and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog across:
- AI agents (self-service, workflow, knowledge)
- Analytics (dashboards, scorecards, insights)
- Listening (engagement, pulse, lifecycle surveys)
- Manage the full lifecycle: strategy → build → launch → adoption → iteration
- Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and agents
- Embed AI into HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Define prompts, knowledge integration, and use cases that drive real business value
- Build and scale people analytics products using tools like Workday and Power BI
- Translate business needs into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights
- Enable self-service analytics for HR and business leaders
- Lead implementation and optimization of survey platforms and listening programs
- Integrate listening data with broader HR data to generate holistic insights
- Drive action-oriented outcomes, not just reporting
- Design solutions around user needs and personas (HR, managers, employees)
- Embed products into existing HR workflows and decision-making processes
- Continuously improve adoption, usability, and measurable outcomes
Skills
- 8+ years in HR Technology, People Analytics, Product Management, or related fields
- Experience building and owning end-to-end solutions or products
- Strong hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Strong hands-on experience with Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience with Employee listening tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint)
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Experience working in Agile or product-based environments
- Product mindset (roadmaps, prioritization, user-centric design)
- Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling
- Ability to influence across stakeholders without formal authority
- Systems thinker with a focus on simplification and scale
- AI / automation use cases
