Lynch Consultants is a premier Federal professional services firm seeking a Personal Financial Management Consultant to support federal initiatives for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves tackling meaningful challenges and driving organizational transformation to make a measurable difference.
Skills
- MUST have a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- MUST have 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust background clearance
- MUST have experience with Federal Human Resources, including GS pay scales, position descriptions, and hiring processes
- Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or HR consulting initiatives
- Knowledge of Federal finance functions and organizational transformation efforts
- Experience developing GS position descriptions, workforce planning, or supporting federal hiring processes
- Experience working in a federal consulting environment or supporting government clients
- Comfortable using Claude AI or similar AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification
- Experience working with the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs
