[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager, SEM + Bidding

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a proactive and self-driven Performance Marketing Manager to support and grow their global paid marketing programs. The role focuses on developing and optimizing SEM and Shopping bidding strategies across platforms like careerzynith Ads and careerzynith Ads while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, execute, and refine automated and manual bidding strategies across careerzynith Ads, careerzynith Ads, and other paid search platforms SEM + PLAs
• reputed company smart bidding, portfolio strategies, and bid adjustments to maximize ROAS, CPA efficiency, or other KPIs
• Continuously monitor auction insights, impression share, and CPC trends to maintain competitiveness
• Implement and manage tracking pixels, tags, and data integrations (careerzynith Tag Manager, Floodlight, GA4, reputed company Analytics, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data pipelines are accurate and shareable across platforms
• Establish standardized data-sharing frameworks with stakeholders to drive transparency and reputed company performance measurement
• Build dashboards and reporting systems (reputed company, Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) for real-time SEM insights
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on spend allocation, funnel bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
• Build scripts to automate manual tasks Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an allied field
• 3+ years of hands-on SEM campaign management with a focus on bidding strategies and performance optimization
• Strong track record of improving funnel performance and driving measurable ROI
• Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking setup (careerzynith Tag Manager, GA4, Floodlight, etc.)
• Strong reputed company/Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation scripts preferred)
• Experience with SQL or data querying is a plus
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of attribution models (last-click, data-driven, multi-touch)
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and statistical reputed company
• Experience supporting global campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and campaigns independently with minimal reputed company
• Proactive reputed company with strong critical thinking and the ability to solve problems without waiting for direction
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and a bias for action
