Contrat d'alternance Alternant Gestion de projet Opérationnel [RATP/RSF/SEM]
Poste Et Missions Integrated into the operational excellence team, you will participate in various projects aimed at optimizing our processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting teams in their transformation. What will your daily routine be? Your main roles will be:
- Accompanying operational teams in the analysis and optimization of their processes (field diagnostics, mapping, identification of irritants, action plan).
- Leading Lean workshops and problem-solving (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, A3, etc.).
- Implementing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement plans.
- Contributing to strategic transformation projects led by SEM and the RSF BU.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to objectively determine choices and priorities.
- Participating in the formalization of benchmarks and best practices, in liaison with field teams.
- Creating communication materials and structuring a document library to disseminate and capitalize on best practices within the organization.
- Supporting compliance and internal audit efforts, particularly in relation to ISO benchmarks and certification schemes, in coordination with relevant managers.
Profile Recherche Education: You are in the fifth year of an engineering school, management school, or university, with a specialization in operational excellence, Lean management, project management, or continuous improvement; What are the prerequisites to join the adventure? You have an aptitude for analyzing and solving complex problems; You know how to implement project management methodology (planning, coordination, tracking deliverables and reporting). You are familiar with Lean methods and continuous improvement tools (VSM, 5S, A3, DMAIC…). Your advanced Excel skills allow you to perform in-depth data analysis (Power BI is appreciated). Your strengths: You are rigorous and organized, with a taste for teamwork, You have writing and synthesis skills, You have relationship and communication skills. And as a bonus... Experience in internal or external consulting (internship, apprenticeship, academic mission) and an interest in quality themes, ISO standards, or certification schemes would be a plus. Start date: September 1, 2026 Duration: 1 year Remuneration: according to the labor code scale.
