Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to patients to confirm equipment delivery details, gather necessary medical documentation, and verify order accuracy. Accurately transcribe patient information into careerzynith’s online pharmacy and order‑management systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑reputed company standards. Obtain and review medically necessary documentation, such as physician orders, insurance authorizations, and patient consent forms. Process patient orders through the careerzynith online pharmacy platform, coordinating with logistics teams to schedule timely shipments. Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delivery issues, and proactively reschedule orders to meet patient needs. Troubleshoot equipment‑reputed company concerns reported by patients, escalating reputed company cases to the clinical support team reputed company appropriate.
