[Remote] Oracle Fusion Finance & Supply Chain Functional Lead / Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules, along with proven Project Management experience. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM initiatives, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams from design through go-live.

- Project planning, risk management, status reporting, and vendor coordination
Skills
- Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management
- Oracle Fusion SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience
- Requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Stakeholder management and business process transformation
- Project planning, risk management, status reporting, and vendor coordination
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & SCM experience
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Healthcare, or Supply Chain-intensive industries
- Experience with Finance and Supply Chain transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled ERP solutions and process automation
