[Remote] Operations & Growth (New Graduates)

Responsibilities

• Run a paid marketing experiment and measure what it actually returned
• Dig into customer data to find a growth opportunity nobody spotted
• Build a system or process that lets the company scale without breaking
• Work on a partnership that brings in new customers
• Untangle a workflow that's slowing everyone down and fix it

Skills

• You take something vague and turn it into a plan, no 100-page playbook required
• You like data and you use it to make calls, not just to make charts
• You're resourceful. You figure out how to get it done with what you have
• You spot the bottleneck everyone's working around and go fix it
• You can explain an idea clearly, in writing and out loud, to anyone
• You care about impact. You want to work on things that actually move the number
• No ops experience required. We mean that. The instinct to own a problem and figure it out beats a polished resume every time
