[Remote] Operations & Growth (New Graduates)

Responsibilities

- Untangle a workflow that's slowing everyone down and fix it
Skills
- You take something vague and turn it into a plan, no 100-page playbook required
- You like data and you use it to make calls, not just to make charts
- You're resourceful. You figure out how to get it done with what you have
- You spot the bottleneck everyone's working around and go fix it
- You can explain an idea clearly, in writing and out loud, to anyone
- You care about impact. You want to work on things that actually move the number
- No ops experience required. We mean that. The instinct to own a problem and figure it out beats a polished resume every time
