[Remote] Offshore -Power BI Developer- Mid-Level
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Smartbridge is looking for a Power BI Developer to develop interactive dashboards and reports that enable business intelligence and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling
- Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures
- Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements Skills
- 2-4 years of experience working with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create DAX measures and Power Query transformations for optimized data modeling
- Perform ETL operations using SQL, Power Query, and data connectors
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures
- Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Power BI Desktop & Service (Dashboard & Report development)
- DAX & Power Query (M Language)
- SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or other relational databases for ETL
- Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization in Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 100% remote role – must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST
- 6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation
- Experience with Power Automate integration
- Hirevector Power BI certification
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage Company Overview
