[Remote] MEXICO PAYROLL CONSULTANT

They are seeking an Oracle HCM Mexico Payroll Lead to configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico, collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, SelfService, and Talent Management
• Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs
• Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HRMS applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRMS application issues, including debugging and resolving production defects
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HRMS technologies and industry trends
• Oracle HCM Mexico Payroll lead
• Must be able to configure, test, troubleshoot and run Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico
• Must have experience and expertise in the Mexico specific regulatory requirements needed to support a payroll implementation

Skills

• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures
• Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for HRMS production and development environments
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Mexico payroll legislation, payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and end-to-end payroll implementation within enterprise environments
• Ability to work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Experience in configuring Oracle HCM modules, developing payroll workflows, reports, interfaces, data conversions, and supporting payroll processing
• Experience in system configuration, SQL/PLSQL development, testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, production support, documentation, and ensuring compliance with Mexico-specific statutory payroll regulations
• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, particularly Mexico Payroll, including statutory compliance, payroll calculations, and regulatory requirements
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Fast Formulas, SQL/PLSQL, integrations, and Oracle APIs
• Ability to lead payroll implementations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
• Oracle Payroll Certification
• Familiarity with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM
