Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Participate in departmental and organizational meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
- 1+ years of relevant marketing experience; internships, coordinator-level experience
- 2+ years of experience in a health care setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Committed to teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Ability to prepare presentations and marketing materials in multiple formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong proofreading ability and close attention to detail
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams
- Comfort with using AI-enabled workflow tools, including CoPilot
