[Remote] Senior Director - Finance and Accounting Transformation Services

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosys BPM is a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited, providing transformative business process management services globally. They are seeking a Senior Practice Engagement Manager to drive sales growth for Finance and Accounting Transformation Services, collaborating with experts to acquire new clients and enhance revenue from existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capability
• Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectives
• Co-leading the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS transformation bids with the Sales anchor and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the proposal
• Being part of the senior governance team for transformation projects and ensuring their successful delivery
• Creating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS domain
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilities
• Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• If a Master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years' experience related to the job description is required
• Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise)
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face
• The ability to understand the client's needs and challenges and to engage them in a large-scale Finance and Accounting Transformation (F&A)/GBS project
• A deep knowledge of the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS transformation landscape and the latest trends and best practices
• The ability to identify win themes and link them to the proposed solution
• A proven track record of providing CFO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes
• A good understanding of digital/AI solutions and how they can enhance the F&A/GBS functions
• The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions
• The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
