[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Banyan Software is on a mission to acquire, build, and grow great companies worldwide, helping them modernize through shared AI expertise and operational discipline. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving B2B marketing programs from idea to execution, managing external resources, and ensuring brand and messaging consistency across channels.
Responsibilities
- Content calendar adherence: planned content published on schedule
- Campaign launch rate against the committed marketing calendar
- Quality and consistency of output across all channels and regions
- Email program performance: open rates, click rates, and list health trends
- Lead volume and pipeline contribution from marketing-executed programs
- Event and trade show follow-through and lead capture quality
- HubSpot data accuracy and campaign reporting reliability
- Sales collateral currency: percentage of materials current and product-accurate
- Brand and messaging consistency across North American and European channels
Skills
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving programs from idea to execution --not just supporting them
- Experience managing external resources and coordinating cross-functional workflows to deliver marketing output at pace
- Ownership of a content marketing program: ideation, calendar management, briefing, and performance tracking
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), a CMS, and social and email tools
- A history of working alongside sales teams to ensure they have the collateral and materials they need
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality -- experience building or working with AI agents is a meaningful plus
- Experience supporting multi-region or international marketing programs is a strong plus
- Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, property management software, or a similarly operational B2B industry is preferred
- Self-starter: you see what needs to happen and move on it without waiting to be directed
- Go-getter: you hold the output -- and the people and resources behind it -- to a high standard and bring urgency to what you own
- Hands-on: you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work. You do not manage from a distance -- you get in, you help, and you lead by example
- Outcomes-driven: you care about results, not activity. You are not interested in random acts of marketing -- everything you do is tied to a commercial objective and measured against it
- Orchestrator: you are most effective when coordinating and driving work through others rather than doing everything yourself
- AI-forward and agent-curious: you reach for AI tools instinctively to move faster and produce sharper work -- and you are genuinely excited about the opportunity to build and deploy marketing agents that create real leverage
- Operationally sharp: you are organized, consistent, and reliable -- the kind of person others count on to close the loop
- Builder mentality: you are energized by creating structure and process where there isn't any, and you take pride in what you build
- A good human and a true team player: you show up for your colleagues, communicate openly, share credit, and make the people around you better. Culture matters to you, and it shows
